Terms of Service

1. Our service

GreenShield Pest Pros is a free referral service that connects homeowners and businesses with independent, third-party pest control providers. We do not perform pest control services ourselves unless expressly stated.

2. Third-party providers

Providers are independent businesses and are solely responsible for their services, pricing, licensing, insurance, warranties, and conduct. Any agreement for services is between you and the provider.

We make reasonable efforts to work with reputable, licensed providers but do not guarantee the quality, timing, or results of any service.

3. Consent to contact

By calling us or submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by us and our provider partners by phone, text, or email regarding your request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GreenShield Pest Pros or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and service are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenShield Pest Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages arising from services performed by third-party providers.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
